The case of the applicant as stated in the application would be as follows :- The applicant was enrolled in the Army Corps EME on 13.2.1988 in AYE medical category and he was posted to tough field areas during service. During September, 2003, he was affected by Lumber Spondylosis M51.0 at Jodhpur. The Release Medical Board assessed his disability as aggravated due to stress and strain of service, but less than 20% (i.e.) 11 to 14%, for life.
