All these six appeals are filed by the assessee against different orders passed by the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-I, Madurai dated 12.8.2011 and 28.10.2011 for the respective assessment years. As the issues are common, these appeals are disposed of together for the sake of convenience. 2. There is a delay of 74 days in filing of four appeals i.e ITA Nos. 154 to 157/Mds/2012 by the assessee. The assessee filed condonation petition for condoning the delay of 74 days explaining reasons as to why it could not file the appeals in time. The reasons given by the assessee are convincing.
