By the Judgment dated 30-9-1996, the learned Sessions Judge has convicted A-1 and A-2 under Section 304, Part-I, I.P.C. for causing the death of Chinnasamy and A. 1 under Section 324, I.P.C. for causing injuries to P.W.2-Venkatesan.4.
