They were convicted by learned Sessions Judge for offences under Sections 302 and 201 I.P.C. and sentenced to file imprisonment under Section 302 I.P.C. two years Rigorous Imprisonment under Section 201 I.P.C. with a direction that the sentences should run concurrently. 2.
