ORDERBasheer Ahmed Sayeed, J.1. I have perused the note placed before me by the office. I feel that in the interests of justice the powers of this Court are wide enough to grant the relief which the party would be entitled to, if the Subordinate Courts are functioning. If the Subordinate Courts are not functioning on account of the vacation, and if the urgent relief is to be obtained, it is but meet and proper, that this Court should exercise its jurisdiction to grant such relief.
