The applicant was appointed as Tradesman 'B' on 20.4.1987 in the Indian Rare Earths Ltd., Rare Materials Plant (RMP), Mysore (Govt. of India Undertaking), on application submitted by him in response to the advertisement No. nil dated 18.11,86 published in the newspaper (Annexure A-1).
