The above OA is filed under Sec.19 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 challenging the legality and propriety of the order in Memo No.F1/IV/5/2007-08 dated 14.1.2011 issued by the second respondent in respect of recovery of amount from the pay of the applicant and the order of the first respondent in Memo No.STC/3-5/2011 dated 3.3.2011 confirming the order of the second respondent and further relief of the applicant to direct the respondents to refund the amount of recovery to the applicant. 2.
