The case of the appellant as per the complaint filed by him is that the appellant is the purchaser of Flat no.106 in M N Residency of Bachupally and is in possession of the same since 08.02.2010 i.e. the date of the registered sale deed bearing document no.1018/2010 executed by the respondents 1 and 2 the builders of the said apartment.
