Oral Order: (Justice GopalaKrishna Tamada, President) This revision is directed against the docket order dated 19-11-2013 whereby the District Forum-II, Hyderabad dismissed I.A.No.256/2013 in C.C.No.713/2013 whereby the operation of the letter dated 12-8-2013 communicating the decision of the Managing Committee of the respondent club cancelling the membership of the petitioner was sought to be suspended. Apparently C.C.No.713/2013 is filed questioning the cancellation of the membership of the petitioner/complainant and the matter has to be decided by the District Forum either way. The present application also in our considered view is for the very same relief. In those circumstances, the District Forum is justified in dismissing the said application and we see no reason to interfere with the said order.
