She filed complaint claiming sum insured of Rs.2 lakh with bonus and interest and a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards compensation and costs. 2. The appellants husband during his life time obtained life insurance policy bearing No.NP 080600026758 on payment of premium of Rs.11,054/- for sum assured of Rs.2 lakh for the period commencing from 28.3.2006 for a period of 20 years. The appellant lodged claim with the respondent insurance company stating that her husband met with an accident on 29.9.2006 and died on 30.9.2006 while undergoing treatment at Bollineni Super specialty Hospital, Nellore due to heart attack and she lodged claim with the respondent which was repudiated on the ground that the insured was suffering from diabetes, kidney ailment quite for some time before taking the policy. 3.
