The brief facts as stated in the complaint are that the complainant is an account holder of ING Vysya Bank and his salary cheque was deposited every month in opposite party No.1 bank for clearance through opposite party No.2. While so, on 4-5-2009, the complainant deposited the April month Salary cheque of Rs.35,179/- in opposite party no.1 drop box and after 4 days when he verified his account, he found that his salary was not credited. When the complainant made enquiries, he was informed by opposite party No.2 that the amount was credited and when the complainant showed the statement of account to opposite party No.1, he was informed that by mistake opposite party no.2 credited the amount to some other customer of opposite party no.3 bank.
