The brief facts as set out in the complaint are that the complainant is the wife of one late Paladugu Satyam who took an insurance policy by name Limited payment Endowment Policy with accidental benefit for an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-. The period of coverage being 28-7-2002 till 28-7-2027 While so, the complainants husband died on 5-9-2006 in their village on account of political grudges, crime No.118/2006 was registered and the accused was acquitted. The respondent stopped payment of balance sale consideration on the premise that the appellants collection agent stopped coming to her house for collecting the amount and the appellant failed to show agreement with the landlords and layout approval for development of the project.
