Aggrieved by the order in C.C.No.103/2011 on the file of District Forum, Ranga Reddy District, the opposite party preferred the appeal. The respondent filed the complaint claiming refund of a sum of Rs.1,63,375/- along with interest @ 24% p.a. from 24-9-2005 together with Rs.1,00,000/- towards mental agony and Rs.10,000/- towards costs.
