Order (Per Smt.M.Shreesha, Honble Member) Aggrieved by the orders in C.C.Nos.71/2009 and 72/2009 on the file of District Forum-II, Rajahmundry, the complainant preferred these appeals. Since the facts are similar in both these complaints, they are being disposed of by a common order. F.A.No.282/2010: The brief facts as set out in the complaint are that the complainants wife had taken a policy for a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- attracted by the words of the agent and the policy was filled by the agent and the complainants wife was only a signatory and did not know how to read or write and paid an amount of Rs.30,789/- as half yearly premium on 30-6-2007 and the date of commencement of policy is 5-7-2007 and the term of policy is for a period of 22 years. The complainant submitted that on 01-5-2008 his wife died suddenly due to chest pain.
