This appeal is filed by the New India Assurance Company Limited which was the second respondent before the learned Tribunal below against the order dated 06.08.1997 passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-District Judge, Adilabad in O.P.No.245 of 1996. The plaintiffs in O.S.No.110 of 1997 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nuzvid, are the appellants.
