This writ appeal is filed by General Manager of Singareni Collieries Company calling in question the correctness of the Judgment rendered by the learned single Judge in W.P.No.13277 of 1995, dismissing the writ petition instituted challenging the award passed by the Industrial Tribunal-I, Hyderabad in I.D.No.77 of 1991 on 16.03.1994. 2. When a dispute has been raised by the Workmen’s Union relating to denial of promotion to one Sri Nagula Rajam on par with his junior Sri E.
