The brief facts as set out in the complaint are that the complainant purchased the tractor on 22-5-2009 from opposite party No.1 and the tyres of the tractor were affixed with J.K.Tyres and at the time of purchase, opposite parties issued a warranty and promised that the tyres will function for 1500 hours or if they have any problem within 1500 hrs, they will replace the tyres. The complainant submitted that he was using the tractor for agricultural purpose and surprisingly the tyres of the tractor were badly damaged only at 678 hours.
