Forum directing it to payRs. 83,000/- with interest @ 9% p.a., from 3.10.2006 till the date of payment together with costs of Rs. 5,000/-. 2) The case of the complainant in brief is that it is a manufacturing concern running under the name and style M/s. Sri Srinivasa Dairy Products Pvt. Ltd., and owned a lorry got it insured for a sum of Rs. 4, 50,000/- with the appellant insurance company covering the period from 9.2.2005 to 8.2.2006.
