In addition to that, G.O.Ms. No. 1084, dated 06.06.2005, issued by the Government in exercise of power under Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908, as it then existed, is challenged in two writ petitions, viz., W.P. The appellants are different, but the respondents are common to both the appeals.2. The appellants and certain others were said to be in possession of small extents of land, forming part of an area of 50 cents in Sy.
