No. 826 of 2005 in the Court of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, against the respondents, for the relief of specific performance of an agreement of sale, dated 21-5-2004, and cancellation of sale deed, dated 27-5-2005, executed by the first respondent in favour of the second respondent. In the plaint, reference was made to the circumstances under which the agreement of sale was executed by the first respondent in favour of the petitioner.
