Bilal Nazki, J.1. This is an appeal against the judgment of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Medak at Sangareddy in Sessions Case No. 473 of 2001. The appellant has been convicted for the offence under Section 302 of IPC and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for life and also to pay a fine of Rs. 5,000/-, and in default of payment of fine, he has to undergo simple imprisonment for a period of six months.2.
