ORDERV. Eswaraiah, J.1. The petitioners are the defendants and the respondent is the plaintiff. The respondent filed the suit O.S. No. 5 of 1995 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Bhimavaram, for recovery of possession of the plaint schedule property after ejecting the defendants-petitioners herein from the plaint schedule property and for recovery of Rs. 31,800/- towards damages for use and occupation of the plaint schedule property for dalva of 1993-94 and sarva of 1994 and towards the value of the coconuts for the year 1994 and also for grant of future profits till the date of delivery of possession of the plaint schedule property.2. ORDERV.V.S. Rao, J.1. The case of the petitioner in WP No. 25017 of 2006 in brief is as follows. The land admeasuring Ac. 0.33 guntas in Survey No. 181 (part) situated at Mirzaguda, Hamlet of Janwada Village, Shankerpally Mandal in Ranga Reddy District, originally belonged to Smt. Prameela Devi. She sold the property under registered sale deed dated 9-11-1971 to Tuljaram Singh, who in turn alienated the property in favour of one Abdul Rasheed Khan. The petitioner allegedly purchased the property under registered sale deed bearing Document No. 9147/98. The land was allegedly shown in the revenue records in the name of Abdul Rasheed Khan and the petitioner. ORDERT. Ch. Surya Rao, J.1.The civil revision petition is directed against the order dated 12th September 2006 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Gadwal, in I.A. No. 1133 of 2005 in O.S. No. 41 of 2005.2. The revision petitioners are the petitioners therein and defendants in the suit. The respondents herein are the respondents in I.A. No. 1133 of 2005 and the plaintiffs in O.S. No. 41 of 2005. The respondents filed the suit for declaration that they are absolute owners of the suit schedule properties and for delivery of physical possession of the suit properties to the plaintiffs and for costs of the suit. I.A. No. 1133 of 2005 was filed requesting the court to reject the plaint.
