Co-operative Tribunal at Hyderabad, an application was moved by the appellants therein to stay all further proceedings pursuant to the certificate dated 9-7-2004 in Case No. 22/03/ CUB-GD. The Co-operative Tribunal on 14-10-2004 passed an order staying the execution of the award against sureties and their properties for reasons recorded in the said order.
