Appeal No. 54 of 1997 dated 6.7.2000 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Khammarn confirming the conviction and sentence imposed against him by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Yellandu in C.C. No. 98 of 1996 by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Peddapalli, for the offence punishable under Section 306 I.P.C.
