ORDER1. These writ petitions may be disposed of by a common order since the issues and the subject-matter that arise for consideration are one and the same. The submissions made by the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners challenging the impugned action are similar.2. The petitioners are the publishers. They publish various kinds of books including the text books prescribed by the Board of Intermediate Education for intermediate course.
