Indian Liquor and Foreign Liquor Rules, 1970 as amended by G.O.Ms.No.197 Revenue (Excise-II) Department, dated 10.4.2000 is in question in this writ application. Two separate licences in IL 24 form were granted to the petitioner in terms of the provisions of the A.P. No. 348 of 1988 dated 25-11-1993 on the file of the District Judge at Nizambad, rejecting the claim towards interest on the amounts deposited in pursuance of a court auction for the delay in its finalisation. 2.
