He assails the order of the learned Chief Judge, City Small Causes Court, Hyderabad dated 21-3-2000 passed in RA No.153 of 1998 confirming the order of the Principal Rent Controller dated 31-3-1998 in RC No.216 of 1994 ordering eviction of the petitioner. The parties will be referred to as 'landlord' and 'tenant' for the sake of convenience.2.
