ORDERP. Venkatarama Reddi, J.1. Respondents 1 to 25 herein filed writ petition No. 15544 of 1994 seeking the reliefto declare paras (i), (ii) and (iii) of G.O.Nos. 87 and 88 (Irrigation & C.A.D.) dated 26-3-1993 as arbitrary and unreasonable and violative of Articles 14 and 16 of the Constitution and to direct the respondents to absorb them in the Andhra Pradesh State Civil Supplies Corporation by taking into consideration their service rendered upto 1-4-1991 for all purposes including promotions and pay scales and to protect the scale of pay drawn by them in the erstwhile A.P. ORDER1. The petitioner is the widow of late Serla Eswar Rao, who, while working as General Mazdoor in PK 1 Incline in the establishment of the 1st respondent company died in harness on 24-9-1990. The petitioner submitted an application to the company on 29-1-1993 requesting the company to provide her appointment to a suitable post on compassionate ground under the scheme framed by the company. The petitioner was called for interview and she was interviewed on 19-4-1994 for the post of General Mazdoor; the petitioner on 24-4-1994 was subjected to medical fitness test and she was found to be fit for the job; on 16-5-1994 the petitioner was sent to undergo Mines Vocational Training and she completed the training. ORDER1. The petitioner was selected and appointed as Junior Engineer (for short the 'J.E.') in the A.P.Pollution Control Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board') by proceedings dated 15-7-1996. His appointment was in the Pay scale of Rs. 480-900. His services were regularised on 16-7-1976 as per G.O.(Rt).No.58, M.A. dated 18-1-1980.
