Two questions mainly arise for our consideration in this second appeal; whether in the plaintiff's suit for injunction was it necessary to implead the Government as a party and whether dispossession of the plaintiff subsequent to the suit created any disability on him to claim the relief of injunction. The second appeal is against the judgment of the 1st Appellate Court, which confirmed the judgment of the Trial Court.2.
