The petitioner has approached this Court for issuing a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 15.11.1990 passed by respondent No. 2 in Appeal No. 11 of 1989-90, Annexure 7 to the writ petition.2. A notice under Section 10(2) of the U.P. Imposition of Ceiling on Land Holdings Act (in short the Act) was served upon the petitioner calling upon him to show cause as to why the area of 2.64 acres be not declaimed as surplus land under the provisions of the Act.
