The order impugned in this appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act No. 26 of 1996 (hereinafter called 'the Act') is dated 01.04.2005 passed by the District Judge, Lucknow rejecting an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay as not maintainable and dismissing the objection under Section 34 of the Act as barred by limitation.2.
