1. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 to take appropriate action under Section 68 of the Wakf Act, by considering his representation, dated 24.04.2016.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that such representation of the petitioner has not been disposed of so far. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits and the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.04.2016, and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law also by hearing and all the interested parties. Such exercise shall be done by the fourth respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
