(2) Subject to such rules as may be made in this behalf every ex-member shall be entitled to utilise such rail travel.....

In section 27 of the principal Act,-- (i) in clause (a),-- (A) for the figures, letter and words "17B or which", the figures, letter and words "17B and which" shall be substituted.
