.....of time required in obtaining copies of orders of Court or Company LawBoard Exceptas expressly provided in this behalf elsewhere in this Act, where by anyprovision of this Act, any order of the Court or Company Law Board is requiredto be filed with the Registrar, or a company or any other person within a periodspecified therein, then, in computing that period, the time taken in drawing upthe order and in obtaining a copy thereof shall be excluded. Section643 643.Power of Supreme Court to make rules (1)The Supreme Court, after consulting the High Courts,-- (a)shall make rules providing for all matters relating to the winding up ofcompanies which, by this Act, are to be prescribed; and may make rules providingfor all such matters as may be prescribed, except those reserved to the CentralGovernment by sub-section (5) of section 503, sub-section (3) of section 550,section 552 and sub-section (3) of section 555; and (b)may make rules consistent with the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of1908),-- (i)as tothe modeof proceedings tobe hadfor windingup a company in High Courts and inCourts subordinate thereto; (ii)for the voluntary winding up of companies,.....

Title: Enforcement of Orders and Decisions of High Court

.....aliquidator may apply for the execution of a decree by a court, other than theone which made it on production of a certificate granted under subsection (6)of section 45D and on his certifying to such other court in writing the amountremaining due or relief remaining unenforced under the decree. (3) Without prejudice to theprovisions of sub-section (1) or sub-section (2), any amount found due to the bankingcompany by an order or decision of the High Court, may, with the leave of theHigh Court, be recovered 1 [bythe liquidator in the same manner as an arrear of land revenue and for thepurpose of such recovery the liquidator may forward to the Collector withinwhose jurisdiction the property of the person against whom any order ordecision of the High Court has been made is situate, a certificate under hissignature specifying the amount so due and the person by whom it is payable]. 2 [(4) On receipt of a certificateunder sub-section (3), the Collector shall proceed to recover from such personthe amount specified therein as if it were an arrear of land revenue: Provided that without prejudice toany other powers of the Collector, he shall, for the purposes of recovering.....
