National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Act, 1981 Chapter III

Title: Management of the National Bank

.....all powers and do all acts and things which may be exercised or done by the National Bank. (4) Any whole-time director appointed under sub-section (3) of section 6 shall assist the Managing Director in the discharge of his functions under sub-section (3) and perform such duties as the Board may entrust or delegate to him. (4) The Exim Bank shall not grant any loan or advance or other financial accommodation on the security of its own bonds or debentures.
