.....by notification,-- (a) direct that all animals in such area or any class of such animals, shall be compulsorily inoculated in accordance with such rules as may be prescribed or such directions as may be specified in the notification; (b) prohibit or regulate in such manner and to such extent as may be prescribed or as may be specified in the notification (i) the bringing into such area or any other area in the State or any part thereof, (ii) the removal from such area into any other area in the State or any part thereof or (iii) the transport from one place to another in such area, of animals, alive or dead or of any products of animals or of any parts of animals or of any fodder, bedding, or other thing used in connection with animals which may in the opinion of the State Government, carry infection; or (c) prohibit or regulate in such manner and to such extent as may be prescribed or as may be specified in the notification in such area or any part thereof or any other area in the State,- (i) the holding of animal markets, animal fairs, animal exhibitions or other concentrations of animals; or (ii) the sale of or other traffic in, infective animals or their products or.....

Title: Purchasers at Certain Sales and Persons Claiming Through Owner Bound by Instrument Executed by Owner

Title: Scheme for Submission of Returns Through Tax Return Preparers

.....this section,-- (a) Tax Return Preparer means any individual, [not being a person referred to in clause (ii) or clause (iii) or clause (iv) of sub-section (2) of section 288 or an employee of the specified class or classes of persons], who has been authorised to act as a Tax Return Preparer under the Scheme framed under this section; (b) Specified class or classes of persons means any person, other than a company or a person, whose accounts are required to be audited under section 44AB or under any other law for the time being in force, who is required to furnish a return of income under this Act. (4) The Scheme framed by the Board under this section may provide for the following, namely : (a) the manner in which and the period for which the Tax Return Preparers shall be authorised under sub-section (3); (b) the educational and other qualifications to be possessed, and the training and other conditions required to be fulfilled, by a person to act as a Tax Return Preparer; (c) the code of conduct for the Tax Return Preparers; (d) the duties and obligations of the Tax Return Preparers; (e) the circumstances under which the authorisation given to a Tax Return.....

THE CHHATTISGARH MUNICIPALITIES ACT, 1961 THE CHHATTISGARH MUNICIPALITIES ACT, 1961 [Act No. 37 of 1961] [20th November, 1961] PREAMBLE An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to municipalities and to make better provision for the organisation and administration of Municipalities in Chhattisgarh. Be it enacted by the Madhya Pradesh Legislature in the Twelfth year of the Republic of India as follows:-- Chapter I - PRELIMINARY Section 1 - Short Title, extent and commencement (1) This act may be called the Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961. (2) It extends to the whole of Chhattisgarh. [Inserted by M.P.
