Value Added Tax Act, 2003 Chapter 5

.....such industrial unit the Government has already notified exemption of tax or deferred payment of tax under the provisions of the Karnataka Sales Tax Act, 1957 ( Karnataka Act 25 of 1957). Karnataka Value Added Tax Act, 2003 Chapter V

Karnataka Tax on Luxuries Act, 1979 Chapter IV
