(1) There shall be established a University by the name of "Nagaland University". (2) The headquarters of the University shall be at Lumami and it may also establish campuses at such other places within its jurisdiction as it may deem fit. (3) The first Chancellor and the first Vice-Chancellor and the first members of the Court, the Executive Council, the Academic Council and the Planning Board and all persons who may hereafter become such officers or members, so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, are hereby constituted a body corporate by the name of "Nagaland University". (4) The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and all sue and be sued by the said name.

Title: Establishment and Incorporation of Small Industries Development Bank of India

(1) With effect from such date1as the Central Government may, by notification, appoint, there shall be established, for the purposes of this Act, a corporation to be known as the Small Industries Development Bank of India. (2) The Small Industries Bank shall be a body corporate with the name aforesaid having perpetual succession and a common seal with power, subject to the provisions of this Act, to acquire, hold and dispose of property and to contract, and may, by that name, sue or be sued. (3) The head office of the Small Industries Bank shall be at Lucknow or at such other place as the Central Government may, by notification, specify. (4) Where any action has been taken against an industrial concern in the small-scale sector under the provisions of sub-section (1), all costs, charges and expenses which in the opinion of the Small Industries Bank have been properly incurred by it as incidental thereto shall be recoverable from the industrial concern in the small-scale sector and the money which is received by it shall, in the absence of any contract to the contrary, be held by it in trust to be applied firstly, in payment of such costs, charges and expenses and, secondly, in discharge of the debt due to the Small Industries Bank, and the residue of the money so received shall be paid to the person entitled thereto in accordance with his rights and interests.
