(1) Any employer and a Representative Union or any other registered union which is a representative of employees may, by a written agreement, agree to submit any present or future industrial dispute or class of such disputes to the arbitration of any person whether such arbitrator is named in such agreement or not. Such agreement shall be called a submission. (2) Such submission may provide that the dispute shall be referred to the arbitration of Labour Court or the Industrial Court; 1[Provided that no such submission shall provide for reference of any such dispute to the arbitration of the Industrial Court where under any provision of this Act it is required to be referred to the Labour Court for its decision.] (3) A copy of every such submission shall be sent to the Registrar who shall register it in the register to be maintained for the purpose and shall publish it in such manner as may be prescribed. ________________________ 1. Every submission shall in the absence of any provision to the contrary contained therein be irrevocable: Provided that a submission to refer future disputes to arbitration may at any time be revoked by any of the parties to such submission by giving the other party six months' notice in writing: Provided further that before the expiry of the said period of six months the parties may agree to continue the submission for such further period as may be agreed upon between them.

Title: Scheme for Submission of Returns Through Service Tax Preparers

.....shall assist the person or class of persons to prepare and furnish the return in such manner as may be specified in the Scheme framed under this section. (3) For the purposes of this section,-- (a) Service Tax Return Preparer means any individual, who has been authorised to act as a Service Tax Return Preparer under the Scheme framed under this section; (b) person or class of persons means such person, as may be specified in the Scheme, who is required to furnish a return required to be filed under section 70. When any Court has under section 345 adjudged an offender to punishment, or has under section 346 forwarded him to a Magistrate for trial, for refusing or omitting to do anything which he was lawfully required to do or for any international insult or interruption, the Court may, in its discretion, discharge the offender or remit the punishment on his submission to the order or requisition of such Court or on apology being made to its satisfaction.
