Title: Particulars to Be Furnished in Declaration

Title: Amendment of Bye--laws

.....amendments are in conformity withsub-section (3) of section 10;] (4) If the proposed amendment is in accordance with the provisions of this Act and rules, the Registrar shall register the proposed amendment within a period of ninety days from the date of receipt of the application.
