THE KERALA BEEDI AND CIGAR WORKERS' WELFARE FUND ACT, 1995 [1] THE KERALA BEEDI AND CIGAR WORKERS' WELFARE FUND ACT, 1995 [1] (ACT 18 OF 1995) An Act to provide for the constitution of a fund to grant relief to, promote the welfare of, and to pay pension to beedi and cigar workers and self-employed persons in beedi and cigar industries in the State of Kerala. Preamble.
