ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES ACT, 1956 ALL INDIA INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES ACT, 1956 (25 of 1956) An Act to provide for the establishment of an All-India Institute of Medical Sciences. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:- SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT (1) This Act may be called The All-India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
