The Maharashtra Private Security Guards (Regulation of Employment and Welfare) Act, 1981 Complete Act

.....as to the repayment of principal and payment of interest: Provided that no such guarantee shall be required in cases in which security to the satisfaction of the Board is furnished by the borrowing institution. The State Government of Haryana has indicated that owing to financial constraints and lack of technical expertise, the State Government is not in a position to take over this cement factory for restarting and running it. 3.
