An application for the registration of a Co-operative Farm shall be accompanied by extracts from the record of rights or other records showing the total area with the survey numbers of all the fields held by each of the applicants in the village or contiguous villages and shall contain such other particulars as may be prescribed.

Prior to subsitution, section 90 as amended by the Finance Act, 2001, with retrospective effect from 1st April, 1962; Finance Act, 2003, with effect from 1st April, 2004; Finance (No. 2) Act, 2004, with retrospective effect from 1st April, 1962, stood as under: 90. Agreement with foreign countries. (1) The Central Government may enter into an agreement with the Government of any country outside India - (a) for the granting of relief in respect of- (i) income on which have been paid both income-tax under this Act and income-tax in that country; or (ii) income-tax chargeable under this Act and under the corresponding law in force in that country to promote mutual economic relations, trade and investment, or (b) for the avoidance of double taxation of income under this Act and under the corresponding law in force in that country, or (c) for exchange of information for the prevention of evasion or avoidance of income-tax chargeable under this Act or under the corresponding law in force in that country, or investigation of cases of such evasion.....

Income Tax Act, 1961 Section 165

Title: Case Where Part of Trust Income is Chargeable

Where part only of the income of a trust is chargeable under this Act, that proportion only of the income receivable by a beneficiary from the trust which the part so chargeable bears to the whole income of the trust shall be deemed to have been derived from that part.
