(1) There shall be a University Fund which shall include-- (a) any contribution or grant made by the Central Government or an instrumentality of the Central Government; (b) any contribution or grant made by the State Governments; (c) any contribution from aviation companies and aviation industry both Indian and international; (d) any bequests, donations, endowments or other grants made by any private individual or institution; (e) income received by the University from fees and charges; and (f) amounts received from any other source. (2) The said fund shall be utilised for such purposes of the University and in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes and the Ordinances.

Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013, Section 8

Title: Penalty for Contravention of Section 5 or Section 6

Whoever contravenes the provisions of section 5 or section 6 shall for the first contravention be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year or with fine which may extend to fifty thousand rupees or with both, and for any subsequent contravention with imprisonment which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees, or with both.

Criminal Law (Amendment) Act, 2013, Section 8

Title: Substitution of New Sections 370 and 370a for Section 370

For section 370 of the Penal Code, the following sections shall be substituted, namely:-- '370. Trafficking of person.-- (1) Whoever, for the purpose of exploitation, (a) recruits, (b) transports, (c) harbours, (d) transfers, or (e) receives, a person or persons, by-- First.-- using threats, or Secondly.-- using force, or any other form of coercion, or Thirdly.-- by abduction, or Fourthly.-- by practising fraud, or deception, or Fifthly-- by abuse of power, or Sixthly.-- by inducement, including the giving or receiving of payments or benefits, in order to achieve the consent of any person having control over the person recruited, transported, harboured, transferred or received, commits the offence of trafficking. Explanation 1.--The expression "exploitation" shall include any act of physical exploitation or any form of sexual exploitation, slavery or practices similar to slavery, servitude, or the forced removal of organs. Explanation 2.--The consent of the victim is immaterial in determination of the offence of trafficking. (2) Whoever commits the offence of trafficking shall be punished with rigorous imprisonment for a term which shall not be less than.....

Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, Section 8

(1) The Central Government may, after due appropriation made by Parliament by law in this behalf, make to the State Government grants of such sums of money as the Central Government may think fit, for being utilised for the payment of fees or allowances referred to in sub-section (4) of section 7. (2) The State Government may set up an agency and transfer the grants made under sub-section (1) to that agency. (3) The agency shall pay to the District Officer, such sums as may be required for the payment of fees or allowances referred to in sub-section (4) of section 7. (4) The accounts of the agency referred to in sub-section (2) shall be maintained and audited in such manner as may, in consultation with the Accountant General of the State, be prescribed and the person holding the custody of the accounts of the agency shall furnish, to the State Government, before such date, as may be prescribed, its audited copy of accounts together with auditors' report thereon.

Title: Formation of Companies with Charitable Objects, Etc.

(5) Where it is proved to the satisfaction of the Central Government that a limited company registered under this Act or under any previous company law has been formed with any of the objects specified in clause (a) of sub-section (1) and with the restrictions and prohibitions as mentioned respectively in clauses (b) and (c) of that sub-section, it may, by licence, allow the company to be registered under this section subject to such conditions as the Central Government deems fit and to change its name by omitting the word "Limited", or as the case may be, the words "Private Limited" from its name and thereupon the Registrar shall, on application, in the prescribed form, register such company under this section and all the provisions of this section shall apply to that company. (6) The Central Government may, by order, revoke the licence granted to a company registered under this section if the company contravenes any of the requirements of this section or any of the conditions subject to which a licence is issued or the affairs of the company are conducted.....

National Food Security Act, 2013, Section 8

Title: Right to Receive Food Security Allowance in Certain Cases

In case of non-supply of the entitled quantities of foodgrains or meals to entitled persons under Chapter II, such persons shall be entitled to receive such food security allowance from the concerned State Government to be paid to each person, within such time and manner as may be prescribed by the Central Government.

Title: Examination of Proposals for Land Acquisition and Social Impact Assessment Report by Appropriate Government

Title: Punishment for Sexual Assault

Whoever, commits sexual assault, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which shall not be less than three years but which may extend to five years, and shall also be liable to fine.
