Obstructions in Fairways Act, 1881 Section 6

Title: Proceeds How Applied

On realising the proceeds of such sale, the amount due for expenses and charges as aforesaid, together with the expenses of the sale, shall be deducted there from, and the surplus (if any) shall be paid to the owner of the thing sold, or, if or such person appear and claim such surplus.shall be held in deposit for payment, without interest to any person thereafter establishing his right to the same: Provided that he makes the claim within one year from the date of the sale.

Title: Settlement to Be Binding and to Be Enforced by the Competent Authority

Technology Development Board Act, 1995 Section 6

Title: Fractions of the Board

Geneva Convention Act 1960 Section 6

Title: Proof of Application of Convention

If in any proceeding under this chapter in respect of a grave breach of any of the Conventions a question arises under article 2 of that Convention (which relates to the circumstances in which the Convention applies), a certificate under the hand of a Secretary to the Government of India certifying to any matter relevant to that question shall be conclusive evidence of the matter so certified.

Dramatic Performances Act, 1876 Section 6

Title: Penalty for Disobeying Prohibition

Whoever after the notification of any such order-- (a) takes part in the performance prohibited thereby or in any performance substantially the same as the performance so prohibited, or (b) in any manner assists in conducting any such performance, or (c) is, in wilful disobedience to such order, present as a spectator during the whole or any part of any such performance, or (d) being the owner or occupier, or having the use of any house, room or place, opens, keeps or uses the same for any such performance, or permits the same to be opened, kept or used for any such performance, shall be punishable on conviction before a Magistrate with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months, or with fine or with both.
