Title: Fresh Poll in the Case of Destruction, Etc., of Ballot Boxes

.....station or place and notify the day so appointed and the hours so fixed in such manner as it may deem fit, or (b) if satisfied that the result of a fresh poll at that polling station or place will not in anyway, affect the result of the election or that2[the mechanical failure of the voting machine or] the error or irregularity in procedure is not material, issue such directions to the returning officer as it may deem proper for the further conduct and completion of the election. Title: Presumption Respecting Registered Documents

It shall be presumed until the contrary is proved that any document registered under the Indian Registration Act, 1908 (XVI of 1908) or any certified copy thereof and produced before the Tribunal has been proved.

It shall be competent for the civil court which has been specified as the Tribunal for the purposes of this Act to execute any decree or order passed by its as the Tribunal in the same manner as it could have done if it were a decree or order passed by it as a civil court.
