Title: Abetment of Offences Punishable with Imprisonment and Not Committed

Any person subject to this Act who abets the commission of any of the offences specified in sections 16 to 44 (both inclusive) and punishable with imprisonment shall, on conviction by a Force Court, if that offence be not committed in consequence of the abetment, and no express provision is made by this Act for the punishment of such abetment, be liable to suffer imprisonment for a term which may extend to one-half of the longest term provided for that offence or such less punishment as is in this Act mentioned.

Title: Qualifications for Appointment as Chairman and Members

(3) Subject to the provisions of sub-sections (4) and (5), the Chairman and other Members of the Tribunal shall be appointed by the President of India after consultation with the Chief Justice of India. (4) The Chairman and other Members shall be appointed by the President of India on the recommendation of a Selection Committee ap-pointed by the Central Government consisting of the following, namely:-- (a) Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi or his nominee who shall be a sitting Judge of the High Court; (b) Chairman of the Tribunal (except in case of the appointment of the Chairman); (c) Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry dealing with Legal Affairs; (d) Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry dealing with Urban Development; (e) Chief Secretary to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi. (5) The Selection Committee shall recommend a person for appointment as Chairman or other Member from amongst the persons on the list of candidates prepared by the Ministry dealing with Urban Development in consultation.....

Title: Contingency Fund of the Union Territory

(1) There shall be established a Contingency Fund in the nature of an imprest to be entitled "the Contingency Fund of the Union Territory" into which shall be paid from and out of the Consolidated Fund of the Union territory such sums as may, from time to time, be determined by law made by the Legislative Assembly of the Union territory; and the said Fund shall be held by the Administrator to enable advances to be made by him out of such Fund. (2) No advances shall be made out of the contingency Fund of the Union territory except for the purposes of. meeting unforeseen expenditure pending authorisation of such expenditure by the Legislative Assembly of the Union territory under appropriations made by law. (3) The Administrator may make rules regulating all matters connected with or ancillary to the custody of, the payment of moneys into, and the withdrawal of moneys from the Contingency Fund of the Union territory.
