Title: Transfers Between Juvenile Homes, Etc., Under the Act and Juvenile Homes, Etc., of Like Nature in Different Parts of India

(1) The Government of a State may direct any neglected juvenile or delinquent juvenile to be transferred from any juvenile home or special home within the State to any other juvenile home, special home or institution of a like nature in any other State with the consent of the Government of the State. (2) The Government of a State may, by general or special order, provide for the reception of a juvenile home or special home within the State of a neglected juvenile or delinquent juvenile detained in a juvenile home or special home or institution of a like nature in any other State where the Government of that State makes an order for such transfer, and upon such transfer the provisions of this Act shall apply to such juvenile as if he had been originally ordered to be sent to such juvenile home or special home under this Act.

Title: Civil Offences Not Triable by a Security Force Court

A person subject to this Act who commits an offence of murder or of culpable homicide not amounting to murder against, or of rape in relation to, a person not subject to this Act shall not be deemed to be guilty of an offence against this Act and shall not be tried by a Security Force Court, unless he commits any of the said offences,-- (a) while on active duty; or (b) at any place outside India; or (c) at any place specified by the Central Government by notification in this behalf.

Title: Opinion as to Handwriting, when Relevant

.....with the handwriting of the person by whom it is supposed to be written or signed that it was or was not written or signed by that person, is a relevant fact. Explanation.-A person is said to be acquainted with the handwriting of another person when he has seen that person write, or when he has received documents purporting to be written by that person in answer to documents written by himself or under his authority and addressed to that person, or when, in the ordinary course of business, documents purporting to be written by that person have been habitually submitted to him. Illustration The question is, whether a given letter is in the underwriting of A, a merchant in London. B is a merchant in Calcutta, who has written letters addressed to A and received letters purporting to be written by him. C is B's clerk, whose duty it was to examine and file B's correspondence. D is B's broker, to whom B habitually submitted the letters purporting to be written by A for the purpose of advising him thereon. The opinions of B, C and D on the question whether the letter is in the handwriting of A are relevant, though neither B, C nor D ever saw A write.

Title: Recovery of Money Order Paid to the Wrong Person

If any person, without reasonable excuse, the burden of proving which shall lie on him, neglects or refuses to refund-- (a) any amount paid to him in respect of a money order by an officer of the Post Office in excess of what ought to have been paid to him in respect thereof, or (b) the amount of a money order paid by an officer of the Post Office to him instead of to some other person to whom it ought to have been paid, such amount shall be recoverable by an officer of the Post Office authorized by the Post Master General in this behalf from the person so neglecting or refusing as if it were an arrear of land revenue due from him.1 ________________________ 1.
