Title: Disinfection of Public Conveyance After Carriage of Patients

(1) The owner, driver or person in charge of any public conveyance in whichany person suffering from a dangerous disease has been carried, shall forthwith disinfect the conveyance or cause it to be disinfected. (2) No such conveyance shall be used until the health officer or some person authorised by him in this behalf has granted a certificate stating that it may be used without causing risk of infection.

Title: Dishonestly Receiving Property Stolen in the Commission of a Dacoity

Whoever dishonestly receives or retains any stolen property, the possession whereof he knows or has reason to believe to have been transferred by the commission of dacoity, or dishonestly receives from a person, whom he knows or has reason to believe to belong or to have belonged to a gang of dacoits, property which he knows or has reason to believe to have been stolen, shall be punished with1[imprisonment for life], or with rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine. ________________________ 1 . Title: Selection of Members of Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal

(1) The President of the Tribunal and the chairperson and Judicial Members of the Appellate Tribunal, shall be appointed after consultation with the Chief Justice of India. (2) The Members of the Tribunal and the Technical Members of the Appellate Tribunal shall be appointed on the recommendation of a Selection Committee consisting of-- (a) Chief Justice of India or his nominee--Chairperson; (b) a senior Judge of the Supreme Court or a Chief Justice of High Court-- Member; (c) Secretary in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs--Member; (d) Secretary in the Ministry of Law and Justice--Member; and (e) Secretary in the Department of Financial Services in the Ministry of Finance--Member. (3) The Secretary, Ministry of Corporate Affairs shall be the Convener of the Selection Committee. (4) The Selection Committee shall determine its procedure for recommending persons under sub-section (2). (5) No appointment of the Members of the Tribunal or the Appellate Tribunal shall be invalid merely by reason of any vacancy or any defect in the constitution of the Selection Committee.

(1) No person who produces, supplies, distributes or sells infant milk substitutes or feeding bottles or infant foods shall fix the remuneration of any of his employees or give any commission lo such employees on the basis of the volume of sale of such substitutes or bottles or foods made by such employees. (2) The employees of such person shall not perform any function which relates to educating a pregnant woman or mother of an infant on pre-natal or post-natal care of the infant.
